Don't call one of those big national services. Use Hampton Roads' locally-owned option. With the water levels being so high this past year, I've needed their help a couple times. They were very fair and honest. They did everything I needed for dealing with my insurance company. The guys who came out worked hard and got the job done right. Give WDS a try...
